Foreword
   
In 2003 we began a project to establish and promote the Shiba Inu breed in Argentina,
using Japanese (Nippo/JKC), international (FCI) and national (FCA) standards.

 Our guidance is “quality before quantity”. Seriously.
                 
Being a breed of such limited numbers in Argentina and in the World
a full understanding of what is a good Shiba Inu is required.
We consider it high-priority to take particular care in selecting each new generation.
                         
That requires Shibas of maximum quality.

In our opinion, that quality can be only achieved
relying on an outstanding set of foundation dogs from the best Breeders,
and through intensive planning in breeding and showing,
looking only at excellent individuals,
representative of the mentioned standards, healty,
outstanding in the ring and in familiy life.
                         
To complement Responsible Breeding, we expect to find Responsible Owners,
committed to our Shibas
as companion, hunting (!) or show.
                             
With these ideas in mind we gathered the required resources:
       
       
People...
               
During this inititation time we met Shiba Owners,
local and foreign breeders, handlers, trainers,
local and foreign judges,
federation and canine club personnel,
providers, other breed breeders
which allowed us to balance the ideal against the possible.

So we created a workteam with experienced people,
experienced in canine matters and with a particular "calling" to the Shibas.

Processes...
       
During that evolution we were developing the knowledge and the way of work
that allow us to apply the best practices in breeding our Shibas.
             
We established dog and knowledge interchange agreements
with first level Breeders in the World.
       
       
And technology...
       
In this effort we included all those
technologies which support the decision making process
in matters so diverse as contact with foreign breeders,
genetics, health, breeding planning, show planning, show strategies and tactics,
physical training, obedience training, among others.

the ownership, the breeding and the showing of our Shibas has to be
a pleasure for all the working team and

Kiba ("kí-bá") is the familiar name of CGL Compay del Zorro Rojo (Shiba Inu FCA 41).
He's a male Shiba Inu, red coloured, born in July 18th, 2003, from the bloodline of Bolero + Zoi from Criadero del Zorro Rojo.

Bolero (C Benitora Go Yokogawa Yoshidasow) is one of the first Shibas of Argentina, Campeón Argentino, imported, japanese origin.
Zoi (Zoui of Toshii) is a beautiful Shiba whose virtues as mother will never be forgotten...most of Kiba's nature comes from Zoi.

A VERY BIG THANKS to Kiba's Breeders, Andrés and Allen...from ever they have proved an unusual brightness of thinking and openness.
           
Kiba is a Shiba with an outstanding attitude in the ring, permanent innitiative for playing, territorial but with good mood, very well pigmented, exceptional ears, stylized but firm structure and with one of the most typical tails in Shiba Inu !
             
Kiba, moreover and mainly, is our first Shiba...our "ichiban".
     
Results of Kiba's 2006 campaign in Argentina:
- Argentine Champion in 5 months of showing...
- Shiba Inu # 1 in Breed Ranking (Adults) with 402 points.
- First Shiba Inu to accomplish Breed Ranking (Adults), in the last 5 years.
This means from 2001 no Shiba had completed the access requirements to the Breed Ranking (Adults) in Argentina...in spite of its breeding had begun around 1995 (!).

Kiri ("kí-rí") is the familiar name of CGLI Sunojo’s Minami No Kiri (CKC PJ963220, Shiba Inu FCA 98).
She's a female Shiba Inu, red coloured, born in May 8th, 2004. She came from Sunojo (Canada), from Bob + Bunny bloodline.

Kiri is a Shiba of very quiet nature, beautiful expression, very feminine, firm coat, typical and intense urajiro, excelent pigmentation, full dentition, very good structure and an exceptional movement...it was the best of all Shibas shown in 2006 and 2007 in FCA...we mean it.

He's a male Shiba Inu, intense red coloured, born in May 10th, 2005, from Sunojo (Canada), from Apollo + Danni bloodline.

Danni (CH San Jo Danielle) is Canadian Champion.

During 2007 we traveled to Canada and personally met Norris-Jones family...they showed us all their Shibas in detail, we talk about breeding, showing, judging, about the state of the breed in Canada and USA, about next steps...and about life in general (!)...we knew part of Vancouver Island (a WONDERFUL place !!!)... and we got a lot of fun...their human warmth, generosity and fondness made we got 10 unforgottable days.
             
Kojin is a dog with a VERY happy nature, friendly, affectionate and peaceful, with dark red coat (excellent to reinforce red coats), intense  pigmentation, all his nails fully black, full dentition, Certificate OFA CERF (SHI-1275) and HIPS (SHU-2163G25M-PI), little ears and well angulated, full head and neck, wide chest and a ample tail with very good movement.

- Kojin got his title of Argentine Champion...at 15 days of his arrival to the country.

Our 2 more recent Shibas belong to bloodlines independent of local ones and are imported from one of the best Breeder of Canada and USA. That way, we want to create a new bloodline, representative of the breed, healthy, with excelent nature, over which we can modelate our future Shiba Inus.
         
Our foundational Shibas had got, ALL, their titles of Argentine  Grand Champions.
